Basic principle: When the electromagnet is working, the power supply and control equipment provide DC power to the electromagnet, and a strong magnetic field is generated inside the electromagnet, which generates a strong magnetic force in the absorbent material through the magnetic circuit of the shell and the working air gap, so as to achieve the purpose of handling materials.

Conditions of use:

1. The height shall not exceed 2000 meters.

2. Ambient medium temperature: room temperature type: below 40, below -20; High temperature type: below 50, below -20.

3. The surrounding working environment is free of hazards and corrosive gases.

4. The relative humidity of the surrounding air is below 85% (20).

The first choice for cranes used in atmospheric environments is manganese phosphating coated wire ropes, the hot-dip galvanized and phosphating double-coated wire ropes are preferred for the central environment, and the first choice is for marine wire ropes in seawater. It should be noted that when purchasing, the name of the wire rope should be indicated on the purchase invoice, such as phosphating coated wire rope or 316 stainless steel wire rope, to prevent unqualified crane solenoid manufacturers from infringing on their legitimate rights and interests with counterfeit products.

How to prevent the hook of the lifting solenoid from shaking back and forth

1. To prevent the lifting solenoid hook from swinging, the driver should abide by the operation regulations, correct positioning during operation, slowly start one gear at a time, adjust the brakes of large and small cars appropriately, try to make the east side stable, stop steadily, and carry light things. Do not patrol short rope buckles. With this measure, it is possible to adequately prevent EMF magnetic hooks and objects from swimming

2. Eliminate the hook swing and stabilize the hook: When the lifting solenoid is improperly operated and causes swinging, the pendulum should be eliminated by using the method of car. When the hook swims in place, when its swing has not yet reached the large value of Z, the body suddenly accelerates in the same direction, so that the hook stops peeking, and when it is in the non-lead position, the speed of the body is about the same or equal to the horizontal progress of the hook. If the relative velocity between the two is almost zero, the hook can be stabilized.
