Hunan Shaoyang City National Storage Logistics 30-ton Gantry Crane Project
This project is for a 30-ton overhead crane. The lifting electromagnet is capable of transporting both rebar (with a maximum length of 12 meters, a single bundle maximum diameter of 400mm weighing 2.6 tons, and able to lift 2 to 3 bundles) and round wire rods (with an outer diameter of 1.3 meters, a maximum length of 2 meters, and a single bundle weight of 2.5 tons, capable of lifting 3 bundles). Traditionally, the electromagnets for lifting rebar and round rods have been of different models and constructions. However, at the client's request for the ability to lift both types, we have designed and produced a multifunctional lifting electromagnet (patent applied for: ZL2022 2 0895732.1). The results of the client's on-site usage have been satisfactory.

Steel Transfer and Transformation Project at Xiaotangxi Freight Yard, Foshan City, Guangdong Province
This project involves installing our company's product on the front lifting mechanism of a forklift to lift three 40mm thick steel plates, or various types of steel plates and rebar (total weight of 20 tons) in one go. Due to the client's requirement for the lifting capacity of this model of electromagnetic coil, which exceeded the maximum lifting force in the industry, a new electromagnetic coil has been designed. It far surpasses the client's on-site lifting requirements; specifically, the voltage only needs to be adjusted to 180V to achieve the maximum loading and unloading capacity. When lifting a 10mm thin steel plate, the electromagnetic coil can lift the plate even from over 20 centimeters away. The client is satisfied and has recommended us to others.

SANY Construction Robotics Project in Changsha, Hunan
This project involves SANY Heavy Industry's robotic welding initiative, where the client requires a set of small lifting electromagnets to assist robots in handling welding materials. Previously, large equipment components required manual handling or claw grips on-site, resulting in low efficiency and high costs. After discussions between both parties, the company designed and produced an electromagnetic manipulator (subsequently patented as an intelligent digital control system for robotic electromagnetic manipulators) to work in conjunction with SANY's robots for transporting welding materials. The equipment features intelligent digitalization, making on-site operation simple and intuitive, with stable and reliable performance, and easy adjustments and maintenance. The client subsequently placed orders for over ten sets of this product, which has also been adopted by several other companies.
