1. How to Prevent the Hook of a Lifting Electromagnet from Swinging Back and Forth   Electromagnets are often used to collect and transport iron filings. During the operation of lifting electromagnets, operators must be careful when handling the equipment, as the hook of the lifting electromagnet is suspended and can easily swing back and forth. Below, we will learn how to prevent the hook of the lifting electromagnet from swaying.   1. To prevent the swinging of the lifting electromagnet's hook, drivers should adhere to operating procedures, correctly position the crane during operation, and gradually start the trolley step by step. They should make appropriate adjustments to the trolley's brakes to ensure that the lifting process is smooth and the stopping is steady. When lifting items, short ropes should not be used. By implementing these measures, the swinging of the electromagnet's hook and the object can be avoided.   2. To eliminate the swinging of the hook: When swinging occurs due to improper operation of the lifting electromagnet, the "follow the vehicle" method should be used to eliminate the swing. For example, when the hook swings in the same direction, and before the swing reaches its peak, the vehicle body should suddenly accelerate in the same direction, forcing the hook to stop moving and assume a leading position. At this moment, the speed of the vehicle body should be close to or equal to the horizontal forward speed of the hook, with their relative speed nearly equal to zero, allowing the hook to stabilize. Activating the large trolley with "follow the vehicle" can eliminate lateral swinging; activating the small trolley with "toe vehicle" can eliminate longitudinal swinging; activating both the large and small trolleys with "follow the vehicle" can eliminate diagonal swinging.2. Considerations for Selection:   1. When the temperature of the material being lifted is below 100 degrees, please choose a normal temperature lifting electromagnet; if the temperature exceeds 100, please select a high-temperature lifting electromagnet. If the temperature exceeds 600 degrees, please choose an ultra-high-temperature lifting electromagnet.   2. If the duration of power supply exceeds 60%, please select a high-frequency lifting electromagnet.   3. When lifting materials underwater, please choose a submerged type (with a maximum diving depth of 100m). The parameters of the submerged lifting electromagnet are the same as those of normal temperature electromagnets. If a submerged type is needed, please specify when placing the order.   4. Environmental temperature: at normal temperatures -5 to 40 degrees. At high temperatures -5 to 50 degrees. Altitude should not exceed 2000 meters.   5. Equipment matching: When using a single unit, the rectification control equipment and auxiliary equipment should be selected based on the power consumption (current); when multiple units are used together, the selection should be based on the total power consumption (current) of the combined units.
